They do not have patience or ability to wait in line for an hr and half. Same thing with the ropes, stood in a long line and then had to go back and attempt to stand there again, need to mention again my kids are rowdy and both have severe ADHD. It was the line for the laser tag but NO ONE told us that you had to sign in before, so then there was an hr and half wait. If you expect your business to make money when waitresses don't collect for food delivered, the wait at a non-busy bar is 15 minutes and there is only one cashier - you don't deserve to have a successful business.īeing a mom of two rowdy boys i thought this place would be neat and fun, i was WRONG!! We paid for the armbands for unlimited fun and we had unlimited Torture! Being it was the first time we had ever visited the establishment we were not aware of how things operate, stood in what seemed to be the line for the Laser Tag for about 10-15 mins. I don't say this a lot, but I actually hope this place fails. I think maybe teenagers would be the only ones who would enjoy this place because they may not know any better on service and required management. My sister actually had to try to hunt someone down at the bar to pay for the food. Waitress arrived fairly quickly with food and left the slip for the bill. Then, my sister ordered a basket of kettle chips and pepsi (yet another reason not to come here since they only use pepsi products). The place was busy, and getting busier by the minute. It took nearly the entire 15 min wait to get a simple drink. So during our 15 minute wait, I walked over the seemingly non-busy bar. We had to hound them when the time was up and we could clearly see empty lanes that were not being assigned promptly. We only had about 15 minutes to wait for a lane. This place was POORLY managed, if you can even say that. There were other men behind the counter, messing with the stapler, and not doing any checking in of the guests. We arrived around 1pm and there was already a long line. We had only planned to bowl for an hour, and my 8 year old niece was interested in the gravity attraction (walking on ropes in harness near the ceiling.) My family went here the day after Thanksgiving. It looks fun at first glance but a big waste of money with horrible service and staff and way overpriced. Half the games were either broken or had some part wrong with it and they cost at least $1.50 to play each game! $75 later we took our tickets in to get some of the crappiest cheapest things you could find from the dollar store. We did the arcade after hoping for more fun. Half that time we were trying to get drinks with no help just wasting our time. Ridiculous! We bowled 4 of us and in the hour we only got 1 game plus 4 frames of another. We would have to purchase a soda cup at the pizza place and get water that way! After arguing with them for almost 20 minutes someone finally gave us a cup of water. I said I just wanted a cup of water from the tap and they told us no. When we asked for a few waters with our drinks they told us no they can't do that. We went to the bar to get some drinks and after 15 minutes waiting (maybe 3 people at the bar, was a Sunday night and not busy) we finally got our overpriced drinks. Word of advice, bring your own water!! Where do I begin? We were very excited to come have some fun here and got our buzzer to wait an hour for bowling.
